Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled by contacting our support team.
More than 15 days before departure – 90% refund.
8 to 14 days before departure – 50% refund.
7 days or less before departure – No refund.
No refund for no-show or unused services.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Bank or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation period.
Customized tour bookings may have separate refund conditions.
