Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Confirm Your Booking

Reserve your tour by paying 30% advance. Your booking will be confirmed once the advance payment is received.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining 70% of the package amount must be paid on Day 1 (Arrival Day) before the tour begins.

3. Cancellation (7+ Days)

Cancellation made 7 days or more before travel will incur a 30% cancellation charge.

4. Cancellation (3–6 Days)

Cancellation made between 3 to 6 days before travel will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

5. Last-Minute Cancellation

Cancellation within 72 hours of travel or No Show bookings are 100% non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 working days.

7. Important Information

Prices may vary during peak seasons. No refund for unused services, missed sightseeing or early departures. Personal expenses and special poojas are not included.
